What Twentynine Palms does to a house
This is the far end of the basin, further out, hotter, windier and drier than Yucca Valley. It shows up in the cleaning.
Sand and wind, at volume
Twentynine Palms takes the full force of the wind that funnels through the basin, and it carries fine sand into every gap in the building envelope. Window tracks, slider channels, door thresholds, screen frames and the tops of ceiling fan blades collect it constantly. Do you do move-out cleans for PCS moves?
Yes, and it is one of the main things we do here. Give us your walkthrough or handover date and we will schedule the clean for after your household goods are out, because cleaning around packed boxes means paying twice. We hold short-notice capacity because military timelines change.
How much does a move-out clean cost?
It scales with the size of the property and its condition. An empty two-bedroom that has been maintained is a very different job to a four-bedroom where nobody has cleaned behind the fridge in three years. Tell us bedrooms, bathrooms, whether it will be empty, and roughly what condition it is in, and we will give you a real number rather than a range that changes on the day.
Will the clean pass a landlord or housing walkthrough?
We clean to a documented move-out standard, and on request we photograph the finished condition so you have evidence of how the property was handed back. We cannot guarantee another party’s subjective judgement, and no honest cleaner can. What we can do is remove every reasonable basis for a deduction and give you a record.
Can you clean a property I am not there for?
