Which service do you actually need?

Most people arrive knowing they want their house cleaned but not which of these that means, and the wrong choice costs money. The short version:

If you host guests, you need turnover cleaning, which is a different job to a house clean and runs to your checkout window.

If nobody has cleaned professionally in six months or more, start with a deep clean. That is the catch-up job, and trying to start at maintenance level on a neglected home produces a disappointing first visit.

If the house is already in reasonable shape and you want it to stay there, recurring housekeeping is cheaper per visit than one-off cleans, because a maintained home takes less time each time.

If the property is empty or about to be, you want move in / move out cleaning, which is priced and scoped for a walkthrough standard.

Not sure? Tell us the property and we will point you at the right one, including when that means the cheaper option.

What we do

Services offered by Savvy Tammy's Cleaning

Vacation Rental & Airbnb Turnovers

Hotel-standard resets between guests, inside your checkout window. Linens laundered or swapped, bathrooms and kitchen fully reset, consumables checked, damage reported the same day, and the home staged back to your listing photographs. Optional photo report on every clean.

Deep Cleaning

The once or twice yearly reset. Inside the oven and fridge, grout scrubbed rather than mopped, hard water scale descaled properly, baseboards, ceiling fans, light fittings, vents, window tracks and behind furniture. Two to three times the length of a regular clean, and the right starting point for a neglected home.

Move In & Move Out Cleaning

Empty-home cleans to a walkthrough standard, for tenants, landlords, buyers, sellers and Marines moving on PCS orders. Inside every cabinet and drawer, appliances inside and out, garage swept, and photo documentation of the finished condition on request.

Eco-Friendly House Cleaning

Non-toxic, low-fragrance products on every job at no premium. Safe around children, pets, asthma and the septic systems most properties out here run on. We use the least aggressive product that will actually do the job, and tell you when a job genuinely needs something stronger.

Home Sale Prep Cleaning

Cleaning built for how a property photographs and how a buyer inspects it. Glass, fixtures and reflective surfaces prioritised, plus the insides of everything buyers open, and odour treated at source rather than masked. Booked to land right before your photographer arrives.

Maid Service & Recurring Housekeeping

Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly with the same team every visit, so they learn your home and you stop supervising. Rotating extras like inside the oven or interior windows can be built into the schedule so they come round periodically rather than never.

Honest limits

What we do not do

Worth stating plainly, because a company that agrees to everything is telling you something. These jobs need a different trade, and we would rather point you at the right one than take the work and do it badly.

We will also tell you when what you are looking at is damage rather than dirt. Etched shower glass, sun-faded finishes, deeply stained old grout and heat-damaged countertops will improve with cleaning but will not come back. Charging you repeatedly to chase a result that is not achievable is not something we do.
